I am so looking forward to sharing with you in the next two episodes all about our developed coping mechanisms. We’re going to explore our coping strategies and how they impact our ability to create our dream life.
Coping strategies are mechanisms we have developed in our childhood or later in life to help us survive or deal with certain situations. Similar to our different nervous system states, they only mean well and want the best for us. The problem with these mechanisms is that they often remain active long after they are no longer needed. They no longer support who we have grown into, namely our most authentic soul-aligned selves. Instead, they keep us small and hold us back from creating our dream lives with ease.
