When you change the ecosystem of your body, you embody abundance and the world around you changes to meet your vibration.

I can’t agree more with what Dr. Bruce Lipton said; “95% of your health is determined by what your environment does to your genes, not the genes you have.”

Yet, it feels so hard to create a healthy environment where our well-being is #1.

With all the noise and contradictory advice we hear, we forget the most important of all to listen deeply into Our Body Wisdom.

Our best tool is already deeply embedded in our own being. It’s voice is loud and clear. Yet, we have a hard time listening to it instead of what our mind tells us to do. The more we ignore its advice, the less we can hear what it’s saying. To connect to your body wisdom, you need to start shedding the stress that’s built up in your body over years and years.

Since stress is the #1 cause of disease and imbalance in your system, it’s SO important to find outlets to let that crap go.

3 Main Areas of Our Lives that are Often Out of Balance and Create Stress:

Being aware of these areas in your life will help you unclench your jaw, relax your shoulders, and breath more deeply. Then, and only then can you rediscover your body wisdom and start to hear what your body has been telling you all along. It’s wonderful to be guided by its wisdom; to build a peaceful ecosystem inside; and start to flow with all aspects of your life, in a way you desire.

It’s not about doing it perfectly. There’s no need to BE perfect. It’s about noticing and creating empowering steps that serve your unique needs to feel good in body, mind, and soul.

Take a moment and think about this Quote. It is a crucial step to get clear on your desires so they can become your reality.

Write out your why, preferably by hand as this activates more parts of our brain and engages your whole being more fully.

  • Why are you here and what do you like to accomplish by taking applying this lesson into your life?
  • What is your deep desire?
  • Are you ready and willing to do what it takes to achieve this?

Once you have written this out hang it on your bathroom mirror, use it as your screensaver or put it somewhere you can see it multiple times a day this will help you to stay focused and on track.
