These daily rituals are designed to help you connect to your body more deeply, to create a better connection to yourself, and to ground yourself in the present.

It takes around 30 days to create a new habit, so I encourage you to take the time each morning for these rituals for at least one month. This will enable you to begin your days connected to yourself and form this life-changing habit. To feel deeply supported.

One way to do this is to set your alarm clock 15 minutes earlier than usual, especially if it’s difficult for you to find the time. Try putting your alarm on the other end of your bedroom to make sure you really get up.

Be sure to listen to the “Morning Rituals recording”. They will guide you through these exercises and help you create a flow until it becomes second nature to you.
