In the Summer phase we are asked to show up consistently so true change can happen.
Yet so many of us are conditioned or taught to show up, push through, and work all year around, no matter what.
This leads us to burnout, chronic fatigue, and a few other issues, as we are stuck in this misaligned Summer energy.
By honoring the Summer Phase, we can create deep, powerful and rewarding change in our life and business as we create rituals and systems that serve us from the inside out.
We no longer need to stay in Summer, but we can gently move into Fall, where all the consistent work we have been putting in will pay off.
Here are a few reflection questions to see where you are experiencing the Summer phase:
- Bring to mind a project or part of your life or business in which you feel you are experiencing an extended summer period or like to experience a summer period.
- How does it feel to you?
- Is this heart-centered, joyful, and bursting with passion?
- Or does it feel hard and stuck?
Please note you do not necessarily need to experience this concept with the physical season you are currently in, this season doesn’t need to play out for three months at a time, and there can be more than one season playing out for you.
