The live group coaching and ritual calls typically run between 60–90 minutes, depending on the flow and depth of what is present. You’ll receive the full schedule in your welcome email.
Each call includes grounding, intuitive teachings, somatic or energetic practices, and space for live reflection or Q&A. The energy of the group and the rhythm of the moment gently shape each session.
This journey is spacious by design. Most participants spend 2–4 hours a week across teachings, practices, and reflection. Some days may be just 20 minutes, others more—follow what nourishes you. It’s a rhythm, not a race.
